Institute for Student Leaders - an international conference for students and teachers
The Institute for Student Leaders (ISL) is a 6-day program developed as a collaboration between the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and Global Youth Leadership Institute (GYLI).
The 2008 ISL took place at the United World Colleges campus in Santa Ana, Costa Rica. A total of eighty-four students and teachers from five different countries engaged each other in lively activities and discussions. One outcome of the program was this 12-paragraph letter to heads of state about human rights issues across the globe. human rights letter
2009 ISL in India!!
