Danielle Anderson

danielle_anderson_proflileDanielle Anderson graduated from the University School of Milwaukee in 2006 and is now a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at Washington University in St. Louis. In this role, she is the admissions officer for Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison. She also acts as an advisor for a number of WashU student groups, including the Student Admissions Committee and the Association of Black Students. She graduated with honors from Washington University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Arts with majors in Elementary Education and African & African American Studies. During her 4 years at WashU, she took leadership positions in a number of community service initiatives, competed in intramural sports, and explored the wonderful city of St. Louis. Towards the end of her time, she decided to create a book scholarship program for area high school students called Dollars for Scholars. After graduation, she joined Teach for America and stayed in St. Louis to teach 7th Grade Mathematics. An avid foodie and loud sports fan, she encourages all of you to come and visit the wonderful city of St. Louis!
