Our increasingly interconnected and intercultural world demands global perspectives, engagement and collaboration. Yet, we lack models for those capacities, and conversations on identity and pluralism do not provide transferable tools. In order to make positive social change and promote environmental sustainability, we need our educators and future leaders to experience, understand and embody collaboration and global pluralism through transformative collaborative leadership training and purposeful opportunities to lead.
